1. Service availability
Serviceability depends on the delivery pincode, product, seller or branch capacity, shipment size and carrier coverage. An address may be saved even when a particular product is not currently deliverable there.
2. Charges and minimum order
Delivery fees, handling charges and any minimum-order requirement are displayed in the cart or checkout before confirmation. Business, bulk and consumer orders may have different fulfilment options.
3. Delivery estimates
The estimated delivery window shown at checkout is based on availability and destination. Weather, public restrictions, carrier disruptions, address verification or supplier delays can change the estimate. We will provide an update when practical.
4. Tracking and contact
Where tracking is supported, status appears in the order screen or through service notifications. Keep your registered phone available for address or delivery verification. Fashion Buddy will never ask for an OTP to hand over a prepaid package.
5. Delivery and inspection
Check the package count and visible condition at delivery where possible. Do not accept a package that appears opened or materially damaged without recording the issue. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items through support promptly.
6. Failed delivery attempts
An incomplete address, unavailable recipient, restricted access or unsuccessful contact may cause rescheduling, return to origin or additional charges where disclosed. Correct your saved address before placing a replacement order.
7. Bulk and supplier-direct shipments
B2B lots may be split across packages or carriers. The order confirmation identifies the applicable quantity, fulfilment method and delivery information. Supplier-direct orders remain subject to the confirmed marketplace terms.
