1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Fashion Buddy, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. A business user must be authorized to act for the stated business.
2. Accounts and verification
Provide accurate information and keep access to your phone and OTP secure. Do not share OTPs. We may verify business roles and documents before enabling business-only catalogue, pricing or operational features.
3. Catalogue, pricing and availability
Product images and descriptions are provided for identification. Colour and fit may vary by screen and product. Prices, taxes, minimum quantities, stock, offers and serviceability shown at checkout are the applicable values for that order. Business and consumer pricing may differ.
4. Orders
An order request is accepted only when confirmed by the platform. We may contact you to verify quantity, address or payment. An unavailable or incorrectly described item may be removed, replaced only with your consent, or refunded as applicable.
5. Payment, tax and invoices
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Business buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing and GST details. Invoices and tax treatment follow the confirmed order and applicable law.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and depend on product, seller or branch, address, carrier and external conditions. Inspect the package at delivery where possible and report missing, damaged or incorrect items promptly through support.
7. Cancellation, return and refund
Eligibility depends on product type, hygiene or customization restrictions, condition, seller policy and applicable consumer law. The order screen or support team will show the applicable process. Approved refunds are returned through the original or agreed payment method.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, submit false documents, manipulate pricing or promotions, scrape or disrupt the service, infringe intellectual property, upload unlawful content, or use the marketplace for fraud or unauthorized resale activity.
9. Marketplace role
Fashion Buddy may connect buyers with suppliers, sellers, branches and delivery partners. The responsible seller and fulfilment details are shown where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss arising from the affected transaction and does not include indirect business loss.
11. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may update features or these terms, suspend misuse, or discontinue a service with reasonable notice where practical. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer rights and courts with applicable jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
