Delete Your Account

My Fashion Buddy users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from inside the app or by contacting official support.

Delete in the app

Open the My Fashion Buddy app and sign in.
Go to Profile or Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, the account is blocked and scheduled for deletion. If you sign in again within 30 days using the same phone number, eligible account data may be restored.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email or include your registered phone number.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some transaction records may be retained for statutory, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution requirements.
