Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Fashion Buddy collects, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and controller

Fashion Buddy is a B2B and B2C fashion marketplace developed and operated by Gosotek Technology Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy applies to the Fashion Buddy mobile applications, website and related support services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data such as name, phone number, email, profile photo and login verification records.
  • Business profile data such as shop name, role, GSTIN or verification documents when a business feature requires them.
  • Address, pincode and location coordinates when you provide an address or permit device location access.
  • Cart, wishlist, order, invoice, delivery, return, refund and support information.
  • Payment status and transaction references. Full card or bank credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider, not stored by Fashion Buddy.
  • Device, push token, language, app version, diagnostics and security logs.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, assign service availability, display relevant catalogue and pricing, process and deliver orders, provide invoices and support, send requested service updates, prevent fraud, comply with law and improve reliability.

4. Device permissions

Location is used only after permission to help select an address or service area. Camera and photo access are used when you choose to upload profile, verification, product, payment proof or support media. Notifications are used for OTP, account, order and support updates where enabled. You can change permissions in device settings.

5. Sharing

Information may be shared only as needed with assigned branches, sellers or suppliers, delivery partners, payment processors, messaging providers, hosting and analytics providers, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Profile and preference data is kept while the account is active and for the deletion period described below. Orders, invoices, payments, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, restricted credentials, backups and monitoring appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected misuse through official support.

8. Your choices and rights

You may review or update profile information in the app, withdraw optional permissions in device settings, opt out of non-essential marketing, and request access, correction or deletion through support. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

9. Account deletion

Use Profile > Delete Account in the app or follow the instructions at myfashionbuddy.com/account-deletion.html. We process eligible deletion requests within 30 days. Data that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or disputes is restricted to those purposes.

10. Children

Fashion Buddy is not directed to children under 18. Business accounts must be created by an adult authorized to act for the business.

11. Changes and contact
