Delete Your Data

This page explains how My Fashion Buddy users can request deletion of personal data collected through the app and website.

Delete account data in the app

Open the My Fashion Buddy app and sign in.
Go to Profile or Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the request to delete your account and associated personal data.

If you sign in again within 30 days using the same phone number, eligible account data may be restored. After 30 days, deletion is completed where legally permitted.

Request data deletion by email

If you only want a data deletion request or cannot access the app, contact official support with your registered phone number.

Orders, invoices, payments, tax records, fraud-prevention logs, and dispute records	Retained only where required by law, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations

We process deletion requests within 30 days. If a legal retention requirement applies, the retained records are restricted to the required purpose and are not used for marketing.
